Welcome to richaanirudh.in ("Website"), owned and operated by Richa Anirudhha ("we", "us", "our"), New Delhi, India. By accessing or using the Website, or making a payment on it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Services

The Website offers information about Richa Anirudhha, written content, programmes and workshops (such as Art of Storytelling, Anchoring and Scripting), Zindagi Circle community membership, story submissions, and speaking/hosting/collaboration enquiries. The details, schedule, format and fee of each programme are shown on its respective page.

2. Eligibility and Account

• You must be 18 years or older, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3. Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, net banking or wallet details.
• Your registration or booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from us.
• If money is debited but the booking is not confirmed due to a technical issue, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method as per Razorpay's timelines, or the booking will be confirmed manually. Please write to us with the transaction ID.
• We reserve the right to change fees at any time; the fee applicable is the one displayed at the time of your payment.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Requests for cancellation or refund must be sent in writing to info@richaanirudh.in with your name, registered email, and transaction ID.
• Programmes / Workshops: A cancellation request made at least 7 days before the start date is eligible for a refund. Requests made later than that, or after the programme has started, are not eligible for a refund, though we may offer a transfer to a later batch at our discretion.
• Zindagi Circle membership: Fees once paid are non-refundable after access has been provided, except where required by law.
• Speaking / hosting / collaboration bookings: Terms (advance, cancellation and refund) will be as agreed in writing with the organiser.
• If we cancel or reschedule a programme, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a new date.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days; the exact credit time depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Delivery of Services

Our services are digital or event-based. Access details (such as joining links, schedules, or login access) are shared by email or on your account after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.

6. Story Submissions and User Content

• You confirm that the story or content you submit is your own, truthful to the best of your knowledge, and does not infringe anyone's rights.
• You allow us to review, edit for clarity, and feature selected stories on the Website, podcasts, or social channels, in line with the Story Guidelines and with your consent.
• We may decline or remove any content that is abusive, defamatory, unlawful, or against our Community Guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, articles, images, videos, logos, course material and design, belongs to Richa Anirudhha or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, record, resell or create derivative works from it without prior written permission. Programme material is for your personal learning only.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful code, harass others, impersonate any person, or use the Website for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimer

The Website content is shared for information, learning and inspiration. It is not professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Programme outcomes depend on individual effort, and we do not guarantee any specific result. The Website and services are provided "as is" and "as available".

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

11. Third-Party Services

The Website uses third-party services such as Razorpay for payments. We are not responsible for the availability, security or conduct of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and continued use of the Website means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
