About Zindagi Circle

Zindagi Circle

A personal sharing space curated by Richa Anirudh where vulnerability meets courage.

The Soul of The Circle

A Space Where Your Story is Held, Not Judged ...quiet strength

After two decades of anchoring prime-time national news and witnessing thousands of untold human struggles on Zindagi Live, Richa Anirudh realized a profound truth: the modern world gives us endless platforms to broadcast, but almost no safe room to simply be heard.

Zindagi Circle was born out of this quiet necessity. It is not an impersonal social network or a clinical support group. It is an intentional circle of writers, educators, homemakers, entrepreneurs, and seekers who gather to share unvarnished truths and find quiet strength.

Richa Anirudh Zindagi Circle Community

Safe & Confidential

Every dialogue remains guarded inside our circle.

Five Pillars

The Non-Negotiables of Our Circle

Every member agrees to uphold these five pillars across all live sessions, discussions, and member interactions.

01

Absolute Confidentiality

What is spoken inside the Circle remains inside the Circle. Never screenshot, record, forward, or discuss another member’s personal story outside our doors.

02

No Unsolicited Advice

We listen to understand, not to fix. Refrain from offering unsolicited life coaching or solutions unless the speaker explicitly invites practical guidance.

03

Zero Judgment & Respect

Members come from different generations, religions, marital states, and financial backgrounds. We treat every life journey with reverence and zero judgment.

04

Equal Airtime & Sacred Pauses

Be mindful of the room. When speaking, share your heart concisely so quieter voices have ample space to be heard. Silence is welcomed and honored.

05

Zero Commercial Solicitation

This is a circle for the soul, not a networking or sales funnel. Using member contacts to pitch MLM, business products, or political agendas leads to instant removal.

Contextual Etiquette

Guidelines in Everyday Practice

How our values translate into behavior across different community spaces.

Live Video Etiquette

Camera on when speaking: Whenever comfortable, keep cameras on to maintain human warmth and presence.
Mute when listening: Keep microphones muted during another member’s share to eliminate background noise.
Strictly no recording: We never record breakout rooms. External screen-recording software is strictly forbidden.
Pass without guilt: If your name is called and you simply want to listen quietly, saying "Passing today with love" is honored.

Forum & Comment Etiquette

Speak from 'I' statements: Share your own lived experience ("In my journey...") rather than giving generalized dogmas ("You should...").
Zero toxic polarization: Partisan political debates, communal hate speech, and sectarian insults result in immediate ban.
Validate before commenting: Acknowledge the vulnerability required to share a struggle before writing a response.
Report with discretion: If a post makes you uncomfortable, alert the facilitators privately rather than sparking a public argument.

Story Submission & Anonymity

Anonymity on demand: You may submit your story under a pseudonym. We will protect your identity with utmost rigor.
Consent of third parties: Ensure you do not defame or reveal private details of family members or ex-partners without their consent.
Authenticity: Stories must represent your genuine lived truth. Fictionalized or plagiarized submissions are declined.
Editorial care: Our team reviews every piece with love and will never alter the spirit of your raw chronicle.

One-on-One Interaction Norms

Ask for emotional consent: Before sending heavy emotional disclosures to a fellow member, ask: "Do you have the bandwidth to hear this today?"
Respect late replies: Members lead demanding personal lives; never demand instant replies or take delays personally.
No romantic harassment: Unsolicited romantic advances or harassment in private messages lead to immediate permanent ban.
We are peers, not therapists: While deeply empathetic, members are not clinical professionals. We encourage professional therapy when acute support is needed.
An Open Hearth Awaits

Are You Ready to Experience True Belonging?

Whether you are carrying a quiet triumph or an unspoken sorrow, there is always an empty chair saved for you in the Circle.
